NYC / NJ FIRST Robotics Rookie Workshop
In order to support our NYC/NJ FRC community-of-teams, Team 522 from Staten Island, NY will conduct a one-day Rookie Workshop at Ralph McKeey High School on November 6 , 2007 from 9am until 2pm. The Rookie Workshop is designed for rookie FRC teams as well as new teacher-coaches, new mentors and new students on veteran teams. The session will cover how best to prepare for the FIRST Robotics Competition, and for teachers, how to take the best instructional advantage of FIRST Robotics.
We recommend that teachers, prospective coaches, volunteer mentors, and student leaders attend. This session is free and open to FRC teams from New York City and New Jersey. Registration is required.
